Number plate of my HRV is stolen and it is so difficult to find the screws fit for it. Damn it! What a bad luck! :evil: Tell us what country you are in . . . Maybe somebody will be able to direct you ! :idea: go to a generic auto parts shop and ask for bumper screws. Finally I went to a shop and found them. With only one plate , I have driven for 1-2km. It is lucky that no police saw me. i prefer sticking them on with those sticky pads, as over time where the holes are drilled into the plate dirt settles in behind the plastic,and makes the plate look dated quicker The pads are ok but as I found out one night make taking your plates very easy. Lost a set to some light fingered person. Ive always fastened them with the proper screws since then btw if you turn the plates over and drill from the back then it reduces the damage to the plates. |
