swaybar clearance ?
I have a question about proper clearance between the sway bar and the tie rod. The reason I ask isbecause my jeep has an 1 1/2" clearence between the sway bar and tie rod. I was wondering if the suspension flexes will the tie rod hit the sway bar or will they move together. thanks guys You're tie rod will remain parallel to the front axle while the sway bar will remain parallel to the frame, it's designed to flex like a torsion bar. They can severely limit you're front axle travel while off road especially after being lifted. You can get quick disconnects to use for off roading that eliminates this problem. |
