I am about to order parts to move 1980 disc brakes to a 1972 dana 30. Here are the parts that I think that I will need.

Outer axle snap ring (2)
Inner axle dust sheild (2)
Spindle bearing and seal kit (2)
Inner axle oil seal (2)
Axle u joints (2)
spring perches (2)
Lower ball joints (2)
Upper ball joints (2)
Front leaf spring bushings
New u bolts (4)

I am also replacing the rear axle with a 1972 dana 44 and will be getting new spring perches, u bolts, and leaf sping bushings for it.

Is there anything else that I might need?
Do I have anything listed that I don't need?
I told my wife that these axles would bolt right in. Now I am up to $500 in parts!!! (That does include $140 in por 15 stuff)

You don't really need that whole list. Only thing I don't see is the outer spindle nuts and tab washers, unless they're included in your bearing kit.

The kit contains: spindle bearing, spincle small v-ring seal, plastic spindle thrust washer, and a spindle large v-ring seal.

I can't find the outer spindle nuts or the tab washers. Are they inside the hub? I am looking at the 4wd catalog.
They're located behind the lockout on the end of the axle, and can almost guarantee they're boogered up since a lot of CJ owners don't seem to think the $6 spindle nut is worth the investment and end up using the old hammer/screwdriver gimmick. Now that you mention it, I don't see spindle nut socket on your list, either.
