I was wondering how to hook up a factory tach up to my 4.0. What do the leads need to be connected to? Thanks

Thanks ill see what i can do. Can it be run directly to the harness somehow though? It appears that didnt work in his situation...
Yeah, I am not sure my tach works at all though. Try it that way, and if it doesn't work their is a - wire on the coil that you need to tap in to and it should work.
Ill give it a shot...
