Hi...Are the motor "frame brackets" different on a 304 engine with a QuadraTrac compared to a 304 with a std. transmission? I believe the engine with the QuadraTac is off-set. thanks:confused: Any help...please. I believe that the engine is the same. The rear axle is offset. all cj's with a V-8 from factory are the same mounts no matter if they were auto or stick - full size jeep mounts will not work in a cj Engine placement is the same, it's the QT that's offset (and rear axle). I'm new to this forum....but have had Jeeps on and off for along time. Thanks for the responses. Mounts will be one less thing I have to purchase for my engine swap.:2thumbsup: |
