PO did a crappy job with his liner. Just wondering if it's a real PITA to fix it.
Was it rhino-lined or a home job? I thought that Rhino-lining was warranted for life? But since you are new owner maybe it does not apply. I would have local dealer take a look if it is rhino-lined. Maybe they can fix it cheap enough, maybe. If it is a home roll-in liner, I would take a wire wire to spot that is coming up to remove loose stuff and then reapply a coat of what is in the tub.
