The door sill in my 08 silver Camry SE is light color. I wished my interior is in dark color. Now I find light color interior is hard to keep clean. When I and people go in & out my car, there are a lot of shoe marks (black rubber) on the door sill, and they are hard to clean. Is there a easy way to remove those black marks?




Have you tried to use an automotive clay bar to get the marks out?
Lighter fluid on a rag.
If your talking about a plastic piece, then I use armor all and a rag and a little elbow grease. It may take quite a bit of rubbing and pressure but most of the time they will come out.
Simple Green w/ a terry cloth or Soft Scrub and a semi-wet toothbrush.
The shoe mark is on the plastic part of the door sill, not on the paint.

Have you tried using friction by just rubbing the area with your fingers?

If that doesn't work Adam's makes a great Leather and Interior Cleaner (http://www.adamspolishes.com/p-131-leather-interior-cleaner-16oz.aspx) that will take the marks out!

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is great on shoe scuffs. Just moisten the Eraser a little and then rub.

+1, I think this one is the cheapest one and should have good result.
