What is the best way to protect leather seats? My wifes 4Runner is three years old and the leather is mint, but I would like to keep it that way. Does conditioner work, does it leave a greasy feel to the leather?

Hey Dana_15,

That product works awesome; I have a five year old car with burnt orange leather seats. I clean and condition them at least once a month with Adam's Leather and Interior Cleaner and then Adam's Leather Conditioner.

Both products are super easy to use!

The conditioner leaves a dry clean finish which offers basic treatment to the leather, plus UV protection.

Cleaning the Leather seats is EASY! Just spray the cleaner on the seat and wipe off with a Super-Plush Microfiber Towel (http://www.adamspolishes.com/c-5-microfiber-products.aspx).

Applying the Conditioner is simple just use one of or Foam Applicator Sponge (http://www.adamspolishes.com/c-15-accessories.aspx). Rub on and let air dry (It air dries Very Quick!!)

An excellent product that I use is the Pinnacle brand leather cleaner and leather conditioner. Best smelling conditioner I've ever used. Doesn't leave the seats greasy at all.
Pinnacle is also an excellent brand, and their Leather Conditioner is a little more glossy than the Adam's. My favorite competitor is Pinnacle, and that line is very good.

Indeed, both our Leather & Interior Cleaner, and Conditioner are leather scented. Not too overpowering, super dry, and the Conditioner has SPF 65.
Hmmm....may have to give that leather conditioner a try.
Just received the "goods" today, the leather conditioner smells great! In fact so does everything else! I should be able to get to use it on the weekend! Thanks!

The leather cleaner and conditioner work great. Not greasy at all and both have a hint of leather smell, not overpowering but just enough. The leather seems to feel softer to the touch now, very nice. Thank you!

I just used the Adam's Leather Cleaner, and Adam's Leather Conditioner.

The Cleaner works great. If you've never cleaned your leather you'll be very surprised at how funky it probably is, especially the steering wheel, Shifter knob, and armrest. Use a white rag to see all the funk that comes off.

The Conditioner works great too. Not greasy or slippery. It feels like it should be safe for applying on a leather steering wheel without causing you to loose your grip.

Unfortunately I did not take before photos of cleaning the seats and glass. Photos would not have done justice because the leather conditioner helped with the texture. For example I cleaned the steering wheel on the 4Runner today and it looked the same before and after...but the cleaner took quite a bit of dirt and grime off. I cleaned that steering wheel two weeks ago with Armor all Leather wipes...time to throw that stuff out. The 4Runner is my wifes truck and she's a nurse so she doesn't get dirty like I do :lol:

I've used Stoners and Meguires, Adams product is very comparable and leaves a clean streak free shine. Nice bottle also. Definately worth getting a bottle, especially if you are placing an order anyways :thumbup:
