Need advice on car wash that will not remove Klasse
Coming to the experts again. I want a car wash that will not remove Klasse all-in-one and Klasse sealant I just put on my truck. Since I know I will not be out in the freezing cold winter months doing a full detail, I was thinking of this: ---Wash with Meguirs Gold Class car wash ---Use a dilluted version of the Klasse Sealant (6 parts water and 1 part Klasse sealant) as a quick detailer after washing. What do you guys think? Will the Meguirs Gold Class car wash take the sealant off after a few months? If so, what is a better wash? I was thinking of washing the truck every week or every other week depending on the weather conditions. The next realistic time the truck will see another full detail is in March. I just want to get through the winter knowing the truck is protected. By the way, that Klasse sealant is awesome. It rained a little today and the water made humongous beads on the hood. I have obviously saw beads before when using other products, but for some reason, the beads were very large and you can tell the paint was really protected. Very different than anything I have ever used. Thanks in advance for advice Gold class won't take off the sealant AT ALL. Most any car soap should be fine. They are usually made to clean without stripping much wax. Gold Class or Megs NXT is good. Just don't use dish soap. I use Detailers Paradise soap that is made for foam guns. Thank you guys, advice well appreciated I'd use Griot's car wash. It's very gentle on waxes and sealants but suds up like a mofo. |
