touch-up paint
Better pics might be helpful, but I'd start a good carnauba cleaner wax and a little elbow grease. If needed, use some scratch remover followed by the cleaner wax.

For any spots that are deep into the primer or metal, use some touch-up paint.

Chips need touchup paint. Those smudges should disappear with some polish, or a cleaner wax. Or a clay bar kit.
