I recently got a check engine light from my 92 325i sedan.
I used the Snap On Diagnostic tool to pull the codes from the ECU.
Engine Codes
Error Code 201 Oxygen Sensor Circuit
Error Code 70 Oxygen Sensor
Transmission Code
40 Pressure Regulator
Break in Wiring, Short in Wiring
Defective valve winding
Does anyone have any clue as to what the transmission problem may be?
Or can this be caused by the problem with the Oxygen sensor? I have the replacement sensor but cannot replace until I purchase the catalytic converter.
I am really worried that my tranny is going bad, especially because I replaced it last year and the warranty is up.
