E36 M3 Coupe Question:

I recently replaced my passenger side window motor and now that I have, the window sits funny. The window leans too far back causing the front to go too high, while the back is too low. I'm talking on the order of a centimeter or two at either end, so its not drastic, but its enough so that the rear of the window will hit the door frame when closing and there is a slight problem with the 'auto-up' action when the door is closed. Anybody know what I could've done or how I can adjust the way the window sits?

rear window rail is adjustable from top and bottom. also glass can be adjusted to certain level in upper position. some wrenches needed and a lot of patience. adjust in one direction at a time and inspect what changes, you can write up scheme on paper what thing does what. it will be lot easier to adjust. maybe someone knows some link with pictures
