i woke up this morning and went to unlock my door when the key wouldnt turn in the drivers side door. i sat there and played with it for a good 5 min and it worked. then later when i got out i had the same problem locking the door. i tried turning it both ways and it wouldnt budge. i took the key out and put it back in and tried turning about 10 times before it went. when i came back out i opened the door for my g/f and the passenger side worked fine. but i am still having the problem with the drivers side door. im sure my g/f wont mind me opening the door for her every time, but i cant stand opening it from the passenger side when im by myself help me please. thanks

Don't you have remote lock/unlock? Does it work from the button inside the car?

Is it below freezing out? There could be ice frozen in there.

Otherwise it may need some lube. I've had good luck with a graphite spray lube.

no it isnt freezing, and no i dont have the auto lock and unlock. the button inside works fine, the pass door works fine and the trunk works fine. but the stupid drivers door doesnt, the thing is i had no problem with it, none at all and then it jsut went bad.

the graphite spray lube worked jsut fine. all is backto normal. thanks
