it says oxy sensor adapation limit 4 &6 cyl which means?

i think i need to buy i new oxygen sensor or is it something else i have to do..

it means it can't adjust fuel trim anymore to get in range. Most likely it's the sensor, but it could also happen if you have a leak before the sensor.
