Card abroad

Having spent some time summing up which best card to use, I decided to plug for the Abbey Zero credit card. Applied online, etc, etc,. When the credit agreement arrived, I read in depth. BUT it wasn't what I applied for online, and just seemed like an ordinary credit card. Phoned them up and yep it was. BEWARE ABBEY ZERO no longer exists. I would of had quite an expensive return if I used the card on a month in Oz. Not the only ABBEY perk to disappear overnight...... Instant access saver 6% yesterday, 4.50% today.

I thought they have removed the 0 card from their site?

Apparently Abbey Zero is still available if you apply in branch.

Still on website when I applied! All went through OK, till the paperwork arrived.

Well I am surprised at that. There again it WAS available to me online, until paperwork arrived and I realised that they were selling me the bog standard credit card and not the Zero.
