HSBC credit card fraud


Just had a phone call from HSBC, there's been 2 transaction on my account, 1 for 1200 and 1 for 600 that they thought were suspicious so have cancelled.

I also had an issue regarding fraud with my HSBC MasterCard last month. They refunded me and issued a new card with a different account number. Good service.

I love HSBC hehe. Banked with them for 15 years and they have always been good with me. I too have a credit card with them. I recall the called me about 3 years ago when I bought a laptop for just over 1000 on my credit card, to verify I had authorised the transaction.
