Recently I have had two problems occur with my direct debit to my Nationwide CC.
Firstly I reduced my direct debit amount on-line a few months ago. I must confess that a message came up stating that I would then need to make the next payment manually - which I forgot to do so I'm happy to wear the late charge.
But last month, again on-line, I upped the DD amount, plenty of time before the next payment was due, and no message appeared about manual payment, but when I logged on today no payment was taken and I was charged another late fee.
Has anyone with Nationwide have this happen...I'm really annoyed at this
