Apply for New card or low life balance Transfer Ideas please

Hi

I have 3 credit card
Marbles not used for many years
Barclaycard and Virgin money

My Barclaycard platium visa was taken out in June with interest free till October 2009. It had roughly 3000 on it transferred from Virgin , I have paid it off in full this week

My virgin money card still has 1400 on it and I contacted Barclaycard to do a balance transfer, they advised my original 0% till oct 2009 is no longer available as I paid the balance in full.

Question
Could I complain to Barclay and ask that they let
1. transfer further balance at 0%
2. transfer to Barclaycard at 6.9 percent with 2.5 pc handling fee for life of balance
3. Take a new credit card with a new provider with 0% or lower than 6.9%

I have my credit expert report if they questions are asked on here to help you help me :-)

Thanks in advance

You could try complaining to B-card to see if they'll let you do another transfer but TBH I expect it's all spelled out in their T&Cs, so I'm not sure you'll have very string grounds for complaint. Still if you don't try, you definitely won't get anywhere. ;)
As for getting a new 0% card, yeah that's possibly an option, off the top of my head I'm not sure who's offering what deals at teh moment, but it can't hurt to take a look around. Although, if you've applied for many cards in the last 6 montsh it might be worth waiting for a while. It also might be worth closing the Marbles card, if you have no further use for it, as the limit you have available on there might effect how much other card issuers are willing to give you.
Hope that's some help :)
