No reply from credit card companies for 10 days!

Hey,

I have wrote to my 3 credit card companies for a copy of the credit agreement I signed with them.

It has now been 10 days and I have not heard anything from them.

What do you think I should do next?

What do you think I should do next?
Wait a bit longer?

Lol

Whats the maximum number of days they have to reply though?

Each one is different, look at their complaints procedure to find out how long it takes.

If I remember correctly, they have 12 working days (plus 2 for postage) to send copies of CCAs.

So it's just under 3 weeks if you sent them to statutory 1 charge etc.

I think it gets a little bit more complicated though after the 12+2 days are up. You'll be better off searching this forum for CCA or something similar to find the info you need as I don't know that much about it.

Ok thanks guys

the debt free wanabee section is good for all the info regarding CCa requests including template letters etc
