ppi why are they stringing out paying out


my partner has filled in forms for both barclaycard and halifax which both use an insurance firm in Dublin. she got her doctor to fill out an extensive medical questionaire. everytime we try for an update they say they have not heard from the gp on unrelated medical issues this has be going on 4 months. Who can i complain to? or how can i gee them up? any help would be appreciated
