Claiming PPI back from credit cards


Has anyone had much luck claiming PPI back from credit cards, I have writen the first letter to LLoyds TSB & MBNA & received the same responce, "you agreed to the PPI & could have cancelled, if you are not happy copntact the Financial Ombudsman". Has anyone else receive this & did they get the money back?

Don't expect a refund unless you were missold it.
