Who else has this card? How do they treat you? I've got 3 months of 0% APR and then I'm on 16.9% Do they give automatic CL increases, or do you have to apply? Do they have a reputation of suddenly upping your APR or slashing your CL? Im quite anti-hsbc beacuse of my experiences with them. ive just got a loan to pay my card off when they upped my card from 16.9% to 24.9%. They didnt slash my limit but they are pretty difficult to deal with. just my experience though Ilian, why did they up your APR? I'm a HSBC customer, have been for years. Lets be honest, who comes on the internet to praise about any form of customer service? You'll only really find negative views. So I wouldn't hold out for it. No, they've not stitched me up either. If i've had a problem then customer services have sorted it out for me no problems. I've been a happy customer for years & had no problems increasing my credit limit, however it's always been at a level that's suitable for my spending. Norm, if I have good experiences with a bank I tend to write about it. I personally dont just write about the bad experiences. |
