Section 75 help on business credit card


trying to help a friend who has lost money to dodgy company. Is he (a partnership) covered by section 75 if the other trader is clearly in breach of contract for failure to supply, reasonable time etc. or are all consumer credit act 1974 wiped away with business credit cards? Thanks.

I would have thought that a credit card as opposed to a charge card would be covered but IANAL.
