Does anyone know when the Capital One cashback payments are made? I think last year it was before Christmas but I can't access that statement online to check.

They just took the December direct debit today for my card and the cash back has not been credited to my account. Last year the cash back was credited before the direct debit was taken. Maybe they are running behind this year.

On my statement it said it would show on my Jan statement. And I remember I always received my cashback during Jan.

I received mine December 17th last year (2007), but I notice on my current statement that it says that cashback will be credited in January.

:j Go check you accounts, ive just checked mine and the cashback is in - credited 4/1/09 but it wasnt showing untill now;)

I'm really confused. I thought Capital One only paid cashback for the first 3 months of the card. I've just had a large cashback payment, and on checking back through my statements for about 6 months, there's a tiny bit in small print showing that I've been earning 3% cashback every single month. Is this the same for everyone? I lost my card and had it replaced a few months back, so maybe a glitch has given me another 3 months on the new card.

Deals were usually 3% cashback for the first 3 -4 months and then 1% cashback thereafter. Don't think there's ever been a 3% permanent one (if so everyone would have it)
