Hi, I recently went over on a credit crd by the rbs bank, they charged a fee of 12. Just wondering can I get this back? it is an overlimit fee. You did break the contract by going over the limit so there is nothing you can do to get it back. However if somebody stole your card and maxed it out etc. then ofcourse, you should be entitled to a full refund. No just me, I hadnt used the car for about 1-2 years so couldnt remember what the limit was If this is a first time offence ring them and plead ignorance and they might refund it if you are nice.
