Claiming from Credit Card co, less than 100 purchase

Hi,

What is the terminology for asking your credit card company for a refund of a purchase that cost less than a 100? A chap at work had to claim for a rabbit hutch, and got the term from this site and Tesco CC said ok, no problems, we will get the money back from (the company's) bank.

Thank you
