Have been using the Amex for approx 3 weeks just had my balance e mailed me attempted to pay using my debit card on line and refuses stating that needs to be 30 days before payment... whats this all about ? Is it referring to the expiry date of your card? Did you type it in correctly? I've had no problem paying by swtch lots of times. Do you mean you've received your statement? If you have not received your statement, I believe Amex stop you paying early, so you will have to wait for your statement to be issued. I had this problem with my Amex Card - but it disappeared after the first statement was issued. As treb says for the first payment you make, you must receive a statement first. Thereafter you can make payments as & when you like. |
