Balance transfer cards with no fees

Does anyone know of any 0% balance transfer cards with no fees apart from Abbey Zero and Ulster Bank? On stoozing.com it has ICICI as fee free but when you go to apply it comes up with a 3% fee.

Thanks :)

You're looking at the Reward card, which is run by MBNA for ICICI.

The Platinum 3 month no-fee card is here...

http://www.icicibank.co.uk/platinum_credit_cards.html

EDIT: That page is headed "existing customers", so maybe they've withdrawn it...or maybe it's only available by telephone or to existing current account customers?

Thank you :)

If you're thinking of opening the ICICI card a word of caution in that it can take anything up to 8 weeks to get your card up and running which will be eating into your BT 0% period so you could end up with only a few weeks at O%.
To say they are slow at processing applications is an understatement.

Has anyone applied for this recently? I can't find an option to apply for it. There is a link at the very bottom of the page that says apply now but when I go on it there is no option to apply for a credit card.
Thanks.
