Hi everyone

My boyfriend and i are moving into a new house shortly (first time buyers). As we will be purchasing items online etc my boyfriend wants to get a credit card for payment protection purposes. At the moment we now only have a current account each and we have never had a credit card. Basically we just want it to buy something then pay it off the card.

We have no clue as to which is the best credit card deal at the moment so your help or direction to any further information would be much appreciated.

How about the Tesco 12 month interest free on purchases card,leaflets for it can be found in most Tesco stores.
For every 1000 you spend,you get back 2.50 in tesco vouchers,doesnt sound much but I can remember things being tight when I was a first time buyer and every pound became a prisoner!
