Hi everyone,

I am confused. Earlier this year, I logged into Experian to view my credit file and my personal loan, credit card x2 were showing on my file. I have a 2300 limit with Virgin Money (MBNA) and 1500 with HSBC plus a loan for 4000 outstanding. Only my file is showing as me having no available credit at all and that I have 11 settled accounts (which is correct)-where would all my credit of disappeared to? I am slightly worried because I know I have the credit but everything appears to be missing??

I know this means nothing but my Experian credit score is 818

Check that they have you down as on the Register of Electors, and if not, sort it out. Once I did this, all my accounts and balances showed up.
