Anyone had a problem with their statement day being changed my Barclaycard?
I have had a Leeds BS card with Goldfish for years now and has always billed on 15th of the month (day either side if a non processing day).
First few months with Barclaycard has had statement produced on 15th. However this month, the 15th went and no statement produced; gave a day or too and still nothing. Called Customer Services and was told that the statement date beeen changed by someone and you must have requested it. Now on the 6th of the month and therefore no statement will be produced for November and next will be in December.
Means will have two months of history on the account now to pay at end of December; not a big problem as I pay in full as cashback card and suppose will make a little bit more interest than I normally would.
