I recently made an online payment to my Barclaycard( which I have done many times before) The payment used Faster Payments so tha the payment would be on my account the same day. Now, several days later there is no sign of it on the account. I have called Barclaycard Customer services who are just hopeless and just keep saying it takes several days to reach my account despite their website saying Faster payments get credited the same day.
I now don't know if the paymnet is lost or Barclaycard are just very slow at applying such payments to accounts, although I understood that it should be automatic.
Does anyone have a similar experience or suggestions as to what I can do.
