Existing Barclaycard customer - another 12 months 0%


As the title says, have got a Barclaycard Platinum card which when first opened I did a balance transfer, 2 years ago maybe.

Went to close account as wanted to do another BT in Feb and they transferred me through to their Customer Loyalty Unit (CLU) who immediately offered me 12-months 0% on BTs - from whenever I wanted!

Bonus - though I was going to run out of banks, and now I'm using the same one again.

Please could you tell us if there was a Balance Transfer fee involved with this existing customer deal from Barclaycard.
