International Balance Transfers


Hello Money savers. My partner is Canadian and has some debt on his Canadian Credit Card. He lives in the UK full time now and wants to transfer the balance to a card over here so that he can manage his debt more efficiently and easily. Can anyone advise the most cost effective way of transferring the balance so that he can avoid any huge commissions?
