Home-using cc solely for section 75 protection

using cc solely for section 75 protection

What proportion of the purchase would I need to make on the cc to be covered. The shop charge 2% and as its quite a large amount want to keep costs down.

You could pay as little as 1.00 on the card and the rest by other means. As long as the purchase is between 100 and 30K you're covered.

It doesn't really seem quite fair on the card company if something went adrift as they'd be jointly liable, but the CCA doesn't discriminate against partial payments.
