Tesco vs M&S vs Nectar

Decided to benefit from spending instead of just using my debit card all the time and to get a decent credit rating. Which reward c-card is the best out the the 3 -

Tesco Club Card Credit Card - http://www.tescofinance.com/personal/finance/finance/creditcards/clubcc/index.jsp

Marks and Spencers Credit Card - http://www6.marksandspencer.com/pages/default.asp?PageId=Home&Product=CC

Amex Nectar Credit Card - https://www212.americanexpress.com/dsmlive/dsm/int/gb/en/personal/chooseacard/allcards/nectar_pr.do?vgnextoid=7fcb3e37ad444110VgnVCM10000 0cef4ad94RCRD

I intend to pay off the full balance each month, im a student on placement so earning a healthy salary but still have an overdraft as i prefer to save the money than pay off interest free money. I could apply for a cashback card but feel i will get rejected on the amex and abbey (only cashback cards worthwhile).

I also already have a tesco clubcard (shop just at tesco) so maybe earning on another reward system would make more sense, or earning double points on tesco cards (if this is possible??).

Main outgoings are food and petrol, with the majority of shopping done at tesco is it even worth using an alternative (nectar m&s) as i wouldnt benefit fully from there offers.

What do you think?

PLEASE PHONE UP(no alternative - try going via FREEPHONE 0800-505555 first and ask to be tfr'd, rather than using an 0845 no) and apply for a CLUBCARD PLUS. Form requires a couple of bits of i.d.and slight faffing, but it's immeasurably worthwhile.
Shan't bang on about this again - have done so many, many times on posts here.
Check on the Forum Thread search and you'll be apples - DOUBLE POINTS ON ALL SPENDS, then using those points on Deals is the way to go.
Points are becoming harder to rack up, so go for as many as possible.
Mr T is losing my custom on money-off vouchers for items I don't buy - without points, there is no incentive. Further, they are much lower value than previous Points offers.
