Barclaycard credit card

Hi

My old Morgan Stanley card recently changed over to barclaycard cashback account.
I dont use the card to spend as I have a fixed rate on a balance transfer that I am gradually paying off.

Last month they made an error and my minimum payment amount was double what it usually is, plus I had a 12 charge for missing a payment when I paid on time, as usual. I phoned and queried these and got the charge refunded and the minimum payment set back to what it should be, although the overseas call centre could not offer any explanation as to why this happenned.

However this month I have another 12 charge for a missed payment, apparently their systems still have the previous months bill at the higher incorrect amount, which my payment did not cover.
I got this charge refunded again.

What I am concerned about is will my credit history now show 2 missed payments?
I have written to Barclaycard to clarify this as the call centre are absolutely useless. Is there anything else I should do?
I need to apply for a loan early next year and have tried really hard to make sure there are no black marks on my credit history, I dont want that all spoiled because of Barclaycards stupid errors!

Thanks..

I read on another thread that late payments on CCs only get noted if they're more
than 30 days overdue. But I've no idea how true that is.
I'd call BC again and ask them. If it's there fault then you should be able to get
them to sort it out.
