1974 Consumer Credit Act Section 75


Hi there ..

Im hoping that someone is able to help me. I have 'trolled' the internet to no avail.

Is anybody able to point me in the right direction so that I can read the 1974 Consumer Credit Act - Section 75 in its full form ie; a copy of the original.

I have read so many snippets, opinions and advice but really need to read the exact wording.
