Prepaid credit card, delivered to USA address


I am going on holiday in a week to Florida, but my card is Lloyds' debit card and the charges are quite hefty... Are there any prepaid cards that I could get delivred to the states (My dad is already at the house), or one that I would be able to receive before I go?

I suspect that any prepaid cards would be as bad if not worse than your Lloyds card for charges but I could be wrong.
