BT From Abbey Zero Card

Usual story, need to transfer from abbey zero to a new card, ideally with a long BT time.

I've already got an MBNA card so if I apply for the virgin one are they likely to deny me or is it classed as separate and the fact that I'm not transferring from mbna taken into account?

If not, whats the next best card, please!

MTIA

I am in the same situation. I called Virgin who advised me that you are allowed to hold up to 5 cards within the MBNA group, although it may affect the credit limit they are able to offer you.

Absolutely Correct.

I have 3 MBNA cards and I believe Rodent has 5.

However you can combine the Credit Limits, so if you have a dormant card with a high limit you can move that over to the new one (keeping say 500 on the old one) and benefit from a much larger Credit Limit for a nice new promotion.

I know some people hate MBNA but if you use them (rather than let them use you) they can be a lucrative business partner.
