I applied to Halifax to get my credit card charges back, and they have offered me 120 but have not told me what my charges were or supplied me with any information that I asked for in my letter to them, they say this is a 'goodwill' gesture, and near xmas this is tempting, but has anyone else had an offer like this, as everyone else I know has had a full list of charges before an offer has been made as I am unsure what to do.
