Nationwide - Chargebacks


Recently ordered item with amazon. it didnt come , apparantly they had a signature, so they said not willing to do anything

today i am going to approach nationwide credit cards to report this and get a refund via a charge back.

Does anyone know how nationwide act on this?, are they quite quick and easy to deal with?.

I dont wanna be hanging around with 500 on my card with no goods!

Ask Amazon to investigate, say you never received your item, never signed for it and would like to see a copy of the signature (if it was a PDA that was used then it should be visible online).

I did, they said it was signed for, but it wasnt my signature!, they are being very unhelpful

just phone up Nationside and they should sort it out for you.
