Claiming money back

Hi. I have bought 6 tickets (150) to goto the lapland in the newforest, but it has just opened and has has over 300 complaints and people asking for there money back. I am due to go on 21st December but looking at the pictures on the website that people have been to see (this ripoff as people are saying), i was wondering if i can cancel and claim the money back which i paid off of my sisters Mastercard?
Please help me as it is alot of money and they are trying to close the event down as a disgrace.
There website which was advertising this winter wonderland, loooked really great but people have taken photos and it looks nothing like the website.
I would say go and look at there website but what a surprise it is not running.
But please look at the clip at
http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/
Can someone advise me what i should do?
Kind Regards
Malc Smith

Contact the company and ask if you can cancel and get a refund? Although judging from the state of the place from what I've seen on the BBC site, place looks like it's been opened purely to fleece people.

Saying that, I dont imagine the card company will reimburse you unless the place gets shut down before you are booked to go. Even though loads of people have complained, this doesnt automatically mean you are entitled to a refund.

You might just have to wait and hope trading standards closes them down.
