Hi, I am pretty new to this so I am sorry if i have posted this incorrectly. I had a credit card with Capital One which i ended up being unable to afford. The card was defaulted and i then arranged a payment plan with who i thought was capital one. i pay 48 per month and will have the debt cleared in a little over a year. However, after checking my credit report, the default is on there but also no list of payments. this is when i found out about the debt being with Capquest. Does anyone know why paying the debt off is not clearing anything on my credit report? I am really confused about all this as there is nothing else bad on my credit report, just this. Your help will be very much appreciated! Thanks
