My Son received a divorce over a year ago. He received custody of two children. She is suppose to pay child support but has never paid one cent, The judge split the bills and gave her the newest car. She has not paid on any of these bills and also has let the car go back to the credit union. Of course they are coming after him because his name was on the loan. He set up a payment arragement on the balance after repo of $100.00 a month which all he could afford with two kids and no support. He has lost his job since then and now they are taking him to court for the money. Not really sure where they think they are going to get it he has nothing to his name. They are also telling him that it does not matter if she pays the $100.00 he has to also. What can we do to get them to try to get the money from her? He has tried to make smaller payments since he was laid off but they will not except anything but the $100.00.
