What is the name of your state? Virginia I don't know what constitutes harrassment, but 4 calls in 1 hour from the same collection agency is pretty bad,it started at 8 am ,, i have asked them to stop and they told me to get a laywer, any advice? this is a collector for hospital bills, I am trying to make payments but I promised 1 and got fired and it will be late, I was going to make a payment over the phone until they told me to get a laywer if I didn't like it, what can a person do? |
