I sold some items to a man in colorado totaling 392.00 this was in feb. I have the receipts although it was done online there is no signature for his purchase which is almost worthless in my corner. Anyway today i get a letter from my credit card company saying an adjustment has been made to my account. I thought you could only do a chargeback for so many days. This was in feb and the chargeback happened five months later? I closed this account in march so am i responsible to pay the bank back or him? Although i have proof of his purchase i feel in this case im the looser
