What is the name of your state? az wondering what will happend once i file banktruptcy and try to lease another apartment. i have a 15 month lease at my current address and love it. but if i have to move for any reason, will there be crazy stipulations on getting an apartment. my brother filed in colorado and they demanded a co-signer, he was even willing to pay like 6 months and avdance but they still wanted a co-signer, and doesn anyone have new news on the new bankruptcy law being passed and how long it would take one the president signs off on it? thank you for all you great adivce
