What is the name of your state? TX I have a dozen outstanding credit card debts that will reach the 4 yr SOL by the end of this year. I read today that the new bankruptcy legislation is getting close to passing and that it would be implamented within 6 months after getting signed. Does anyone know what effect this might have on my debts that have reached the SOL by that time? |
