What is the name of your state? IL I have a judgement on my credit report, it has been paid in full and now says that it is satisfied..my question is how to start the process of vacating it off of the report,it can be done, I just don't know how to begin. Any HELP would be nice. I am told that if I go back to the collector that they can release it, I have already tried that, to find out they don't have any information on this to go to the courthouse and get the discharge papers. Which i did, now what??? |
